Season for Baking: Anolon’s Bronze Bakeware

Where I come from, the holidays are synonymous with baking delicious cakes, cookies, and pies. So imagine my delight when Anolon’s beautiful five-piece Bronze Collection bakeware set arrived at our office! Included in the set are two 9” round cake pans, a 9” x 9” square cake pan, a 14” x 16” cookie sheet, and an 11” x 14” cooling rack. We couldn’t wait to get baking with these puppies, and promptly got to work making a batch of chocolate chip cookies by measuring King Arthur flour to precision with our hemp plastic scale and used our clever beater blade, a spatula attached to the paddle attachment that eliminates the need to scrap the mixing bowl.

We love the look and feel of this bakeware set. The design is modern and clean, with the silicon handles eliminating the need for potholders (bonus!), and the set’s bronze color is gorgeous. The items are made of heavy gauge carbon steel, which results in food baking and browning evenly. The items feature both interior and exterior nonstick surfaces, eliminating the need to grease the pans and cookie sheet. The heavy weight of the items helps reduce the chance of warping, and they are oven safe up to 500°F. Our batch of cookies came out just as we had hoped. They baked evenly to a great brown color and slid off the cookie sheet with ease. Because we didn’t have to grease the sheet, cleanup was gloriously easy. While the set’s items are dishwasher-safe, Anolon recommends hand-washing to preserve finish.

As with all Anolon products, the bakeware set comes with a lifetime limited warranty. Anolon will replace any items that have defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product. This does not include normal wear and use.
